Our Mission
Elite Equine CO (EEC) provides rehabilitation, retraining, re-homing and aftercare to equine athletes that no longer served their previous life and were in jeopardy of being discarded, neglected or even abused. EEC provides a safe landing for these horses and many others. Our main objective is to meet the rehab needs of those animals that require it, evaluate training/skill level and personality traits and determine long-term general care needs for each horse. Then, we pair them with an individual that matches each horse's needs
What sets us apart?
There are many equine rescue organizations. However, very few rescues that are qualified and experienced to provide supportive veterinary care and rehab therapy modalities exist across the US.
Elite Equine CO is an all-volunteer run organization with an arsenal of skills specific to equine rehab and therapy. We are fortunate to have individuals who are certified professionals supporting our efforts:
